Qualifications:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess High School diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must have current OPOTA certification or be a commissioned peace officer
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
- Must be flexible and available to fill in for last minute call offs as your main priority
- Be willing to drive to sites all across the state of Ohio using a company vehicle (Cleveland, Cincinnati, Marietta, Fremont)
- Possess effective written and oral communication skills to accurately maintain completed logs and reports
- Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner
- Possess intermediate computer skills
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.

- Ability to follow established security protocols, while using initiative and good judgment
